I decided to make my daughter her Halloween costume this year because the costume that I wanted was way to expensive and if I make it out of cotton fabric she can still wear it as a dress. I ordered minnie mouse ear hair clips from etsy.com and ordered the fabric from fabric.com. The total amount I spent on her costume was cheaper than buying an already made costume. The tulle underneath is a separate piece worn like a tutu, it ties in the back. I bought her some multi colored pearl like kids jewelry that she can wear with it. Ignore the clothes underneath I didn't feel like stripping her down. She will be wearing a long sleeve black shirt underneath and some black winter tights so she will stay warm.
