O.k so I was bored one day and didn't have money to spend on new fabrics and had plenty of scrap fabric laying around so I took out my scraps and started cutting strips. I took a regular old wire hanger and bent it into a circle and started tying the strips to the hanger. To keep the strips from fraying I sprayed it with hairspray. I put it on my front door and it looks nice there. I may plan on making some out of christmas fabric too!
